Currently, uncorrected poor vision affects a third of the world’s population. Most of these people live in developing communities where there is a limited access to vision care awareness of vision issues. That’s why we celebrate our collaboration with OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation not just during National Volunteer Month but every day. Together we create sustainable access to vision care for those most in need, including free eye exams and glasses, the funding of local vision care programs and raising awareness of poor vision among policymakers.

Since 2013, the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation has provided 928 million people with access to sustainable vision care through 31,000 primary vision care entrepreneurs. Together with our philanthropic activities, these efforts have helped correct and/or protect the vision of 80 million people.
